YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK EVENTS IN HOUSE AND OFFSITE AS WELL AS WORKING THE LINE FOR LUNCH AND DINNER.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH SOME SOUS CHEF EXPERIENCE WHO IS A GREAT LINE COOK, BUTCHER, SAUCE MAKER, EXPEDITER, MOTIVATOR, AND ALL AROUND COOK.

This position will be trained on all aspects of the kitchen including but not limited to: all line positions, am production, expediting, ordering, food costing, and labor management.
This is a perfect position for someone looking to grow and learn as a chef.
